It's been a while- Graceyn is 3 months!!

Well it has been a while since I've updated! Not a lot going on, just working, trying to avoid going in the ditch with all of this darn snow, and enjoying Graceyn growing up! She now loves to sit up, and hates laying down. She likes her exersaucer a lot, we have to put a blanket around her though because she's still too small for the seat! She also is talking nonstop!! and last night she held her own bottle for her whole feeding with almost no help from me! She is 3 months today!! I can't believe how quickly time is going! It will be warm and she'll be crawling before I know it! While I am enjoying her being little, I am ready for her to be mobile and 'play' more too. Plus I am ready for the weather to be nice so we can be outside!!!

We are going to try to get Graceyn's pictures taken this weekend, so look for those soon!! I think we'll also do family pictures too.

On a positive note, since my surgery, I have lost 15 pounds! my clothes are loose and I am thrilled! I feel great now too. I am pretty much fully healed, haven't had a choice anyway, with all the snow that has had to be scooped at our house lately!! I am SOOOO sick of snow! Where is spring?!

Anyway, I should get back to work! look for pictures in the next week or two!

another eventful week..

Well it was another eventful week.. I ended up having my gall bladder out! I was having the pain for quite a long time, even back when I was pregnant.Well we ended up spending my birthday home most of the day because I was having a gall bladder attack! After it finally passed we went out, but the next day it was back again. So monday I called the dr. and they saw me right away. Tuesday I had an ulstrasound, Wednesday I met the surgeon, and Thursday at 530, in the middle of a huge snow storm,. I went to Mercy and had it out! Today is Sunday and I'm feeling pretty good. Even going to do a bit of shopping with mom this afternoon and I plan to return to work tomorrow. This was definitely not as bad as a c section! The gall stone I had was the size of a ping pong ball!!
